My Offer

Perhaps you recognize one or more of these feelings:

You’re functioning. But it doesn’t feel right.
You shoulder responsibilities and get your tasks done. But you feel restlessness, pressure, constriction—or a sense of distance from yourself and others. You have the feeling that there’s more to life. You’re searching—perhaps for meaning, perhaps for your “true self.” You want to be “fully present.”

You react more intensely in relationships than you’d like to—for example, with anger, fear, a sense of powerlessness, or withdrawal. In hindsight, you don’t quite understand it—as if something from the past had taken control. You long for more peace and stability in your relationships.

You’re suffering—from emotional distress or in your relationships.
Perhaps you’re dealing with a mental health condition. You want to feel better.

Costs & Process

Psychotherapy

Cost: 90€ per session (50 min)
Process: After you contact me via email or phone, I’ll call you back. During that call, we’ll get to know each other a little and schedule an appointment for an initial consultation

At this time, I cannot submit a claim for reimbursement to health insurance providers, as I am currently a “psychotherapist in training under supervision.” Some private supplemental insurance plans cover the costs of psychotherapy.

How does the initial consultation work? Learn more.

Integrative Gestalt Therapy

It is the relationship that
heals.

Irvin Yalom

Lose your mind and come to your senses.

Fritz Perls

For me, Gestalt therapy essentially means this: It’s about getting in touch with what you’re experiencing in the here and now and how you experience your entire being in the present moment. This process of connecting is not a purely cognitive exercise, but a physical experience in which bodily sensations, postures, and emotions come into consciousness.

The goal is to develop and refine awareness and to become conscious of all feelings, thoughts, sensations, and behaviors perceptible in the moment. To this end, in addition to conversation, the therapist has other methods at their disposal (e.g., role-playing, creative techniques, body awareness), which are, of course, only carried out with your explicit consent.

This leads to an expansion and development of your inner and outer scope for action, allowing self-regulation to take effect and enabling you to deal with challenges more flexibly and creatively.

The foundation lies in a trusting, supportive, and respectful therapeutic relationship.

Integrative Gestalt Therapy: Learn More.

Illnesses of the soul are illnesses of relationships—with oneself, with others, and with the world. Relief and healing can only occur within these relationships.
